When Scrooge says he's just gonna take Toby's head now Martyn starts repeating no dont
I HAS THEORY
(first part was also said by all you lovely people) Marvin is depressed because he's all alone all the time. also it's cause Lewis "slapped" his head on when he brought him to life. and cause Lewis (his momma) isn't very nice to him whenever he does come home.
Whereas Toby was eager to bring Hank or as he calls "Hanky" to life and even went out to search for him when he was missing. Toby loves his golem babby which is why Hank protects the home while Lewis isn't a nice mommy so Marvin doesn't even care.

anyway My computer is being derpy so I need to run through some scans and such

Scrooge: *laughs like crazy and commits suicide* SNOW! I haven't laughed like that in ages! Is it snowing outside?

Scrooge: OH MY GOD I HAVEN'T BEEN OUTSIDE IN AGES! Please, have my enderpearl. THIS IS BEAUTIFUL! *jumps off a cliff*
Martyn: OH MY GOD! TOBY WHAT DID YOU DO?!
Lewis: *pushes Martyn off the cliff*
Martyn: AAAH! NO! I HAVE THE ENDERPEARL! I survived, THAT'S CAUSE IM A MAN! I'm going to have to use the Ender pearl to get back up.
Toby: NO!
Martyn: *uses the enderpearl* *dies in the same place*
Everyone: *cracks up*
